Course Overview
Technical Interviews require special interviewing techniques that are critical to finding and creating the most productive and effective employer/employee match. It is very important that hiring managers understand how to strategize a proper interview to determine a candidate’s soft skills, as well as technical proficiencies. Of equal importance, each prospective employee must strategize how to adequately and accurately impart why they, specifically, are the best candidate for the position.

Meet the Speakers
Karen Bruer
Karen Bruer has over three decades of experience in naval maintenance, ship repair, and inspection, including 23 years of U.S. Naval Service. An ASNT Level III, she specializes in NDT, quality systems, and procedure development. Karen serves in leadership roles with DWGNDT, FWGIDR, and NAVSEA working groups, and is a contributing author to several key NDT publications. She holds a B.S. in Occupational/Industrial Technology and is a recognized expert in ISO 9001:2015 implementation.
