Course Overview
Carestream NDT and the American Institute of Nondestructive Testing (AINDT) have teamed up to bring you the Advanced Industrial Radiographic Training Academy—offering specialized training programs designed to meet the needs of industrial radiographers. This webinar is designed for industrial radiographers and companies wishing to make the transition from film radiography to digital radiography. We provide students with a technical toolbox of understanding they will need to evaluate, qualify, and implement digital technologies into production environments. Participants will gain an understanding of the differences in training requirements between SNT-TC-1A, NAS 410, AMSE, and ISO 9712. AINDT staff will also discuss selected topics that such advanced training covers, including signal-to-noise ratio, optimization of acquired images, and contrast-to-noise ratios.
