Course Overview

Tube-to-tubesheet welds present unique inspection challenges where traditional nondestructive testing (NDT) methods such as visual testing (VT) and liquid penetrant testing (PT) may fall short. These limitations can leave critical flaws, such as micro-nonfusion, undetected during fabrication.

This webinar explores how ultrasonic phased array testing (PAUT), combined with innovative technique development, enables full-volume inspection of these complex welds.
