Raul Leon

Raul Leon is President and Founder of NDT Innovations, Inc., and Materials Research & Technology, Inc., in addition to serving as International Director of Hellier NDT. Devoted to innovation and research and development in NDT and material sciences, he is a consultant in the fields of aerospace, petrochemicals, mining, energy, nuclear power, and structural engineering, among others. He has also served as the responsible Level III for several construction projects in North and South America, Europe, Australia, Asia, and Antarctica. His passions are NDT, teaching, sailing, and cooking.
