Meet the Instructor
Kyle Payne
Kyle Payne, PhD, is a strategic talent development leader and ASNT NDT Level III with 15 years of experience in training, coaching, and quality management. With a background in structural steel and credentials from AWS and AMPP, he helps build high-performing teams. Dr. Payne researches unethical behavior in the workplace and speaks on ethical followership in engineering. He lives in Chicago with his partner and two cats, often exploring museums or cheering on the Chicago Sky.
