Peter Wood: NDE Global Process Owner, Rolls-Royce

Peter is responsible for the functional leadership and technical supervision of NDE across Rolls-Royce and its supply chain, with a particular focus on Assurance, Capability, and Efficiency. Since joining Rolls-Royce in 2011, Peter has worked within the Nuclear, Civil Aerospace, and Defense Aerospace sectors, with responsibility for the corporate NDE Apprenticeship programs. A Chartered Engineer, Peter holds ISO9712 NDT Level 3 certification in Ultrasonics, is the Nominated Level 3 (Form 4 holder) for Rolls-Royce, and currently serves as Vice Chair for the UK National Aerospace NDT Board.


Beonica Rutherford: ASNT Foundation

As Workforce Development Manager, Beonica plays a crucial role in advancing the field of nondestructive testing (NDT) through partnerships with the United States Department of Labor to establish NDT apprenticeship standards, helping colleges grow their programs, and supporting businesses in expanding their talent pipelines.
