As Workforce Development Manager, Beonica plays a crucial role in advancing the field of nondestructive testing (NDT) through partnerships with the United States Department of Labor to establish NDT apprenticeship standards, helping colleges grow their programs, and supporting businesses in expanding their talent pipelines.
Peter Wood
NDE Global Process Owner, Rolls-Royce
Peter leads functional and technical supervision of NDE across Rolls-Royce and its supply chain, focusing on assurance, capability, and efficiency. Since 2011, he has supported nuclear, civil aerospace, and defense aerospace sectors, managing corporate NDE apprenticeship programs. A Chartered Engineer, Peter holds ISO 9712 NDT Level 3 certification in ultrasonics, serves as the nominated Level 3 (Form 4 holder) for Rolls-Royce, and is Vice Chair of the UK National Aerospace NDT Board.
