Program Overview

This program is directed to NDT professionals and specific ethical dilemmas they face. It focuses on the efforts of "ethical followers" to constructively resist an unethical directive or request, or otherwise to respond to pressure to do something unethical. It highlights thirteen ethical follower behaviors that can help NDT professionals uphold high ethical standards. The program is based on a 2024 study on ethical followership among professional engineers, which included several participants who were certified ASNT NDT Level II or III.
