As a hiring manager, do you have retirements looming over your head? Is business booming, and you need to expand your NDT team? Hiring with Succession Planning in Mind will discuss the basics of succession planning, from a basic definition to why it is critical for NDT managers, given a shrinking labor force across the United States. We will discuss ways to identify and find the next generation of NDT technicians and leaders. Since the session is an interactive one, sharing ideas and asking questions will be encouraged.
